Go aboard the bus in Orlando and relax on approximately 2-hour drive to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, a center dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of animals, and an exciting educational attraction.
Upon arrival, head straight to the aquarium. Start with the captivating Shark Pass exposure. Look down at the nurse sharks - Thelma and Louise - just below your feet! Check out sea turtles, otters and starfish, and maybe even feed a stingray!
Visit the Surgical Suite to see the operation of a veterinary hospital or the Bright House Theater to see the fascinating rescues of animals captured on tapes. Do not miss the highlight - Winter Zone - home to the Winter and Hope Dolphins and the Dolphin Tale movie location. Learn about Winter's incredible rehabilitation story and check out scenarios and movie props. After your walk in the aquarium, have lunch (even if you choose this option) and enjoy your free time in Clearwater Beach. Your transfer back to Orlando leaves in the afternoon.
