PORT TO HOTEL

Private transfer from Ports to Hotels in the port area.

Vehicle: Van or similar

Service offered in Portuguese, Spanish or English. Does not include stops between transfers. Maximum waiting time is 60 minutes from the arrival of the ship. After this period the service will be considered "no show" and driver released. Does not include assistance. Valid only for passengers housed within the urban limits of the city

Maximum baggage allowance per passenger: 02 Standard size suitcases + 01 suitcase. If the amount of luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle, a support car will be obligatorily hired and charged directly from the passengers. We suggest to confirm the service according to the amount of luggage of the clients in order to avoid inconveniences during the trip.

*Bookings for 24/25/31 December and 01 January may incur extra charges that will be informed at the time of booking.

IMPORTANT:

Meeting point with the driver: Since it is not possible to park in the port due to the inspection, it is essential that the passengers contact our passenger service center (in the chosen language) to obtain the information of the positioning of the car. We will inform the phone after the act of the company.

The car will be waiting for customers outside the port with a name card holder in the window of the car to facilitate identification of customers at the terminal's exit.
